Food was fresh and hot, made to the quality I expect from this type of diner. Service was incredibly slow, which was forgivable to a degree as they seemed to be unexpectedly busy, an were training a new waiter. It was clear our waitress, Michelle, was frustrated, although she did seem to try to stay upbeat. Overall a positive experience, but I will probably not attempt this location again.

Very fast for Drinks, VERY VERY VERY Slow getting food. Restaurant is very clean which is nice, service is lacking. If you order mashed potatoes it's almost customary to bring butter, not at IHOP. You probably wouldn't want butter on cold mashed potatoes anyway. Appetizer Sampler was Delicious and I mixed Honey Mustard with Cholula to make Semi hot honey mustard yummy!!!

Very slow service sit on table for over 20 min whit not even a drink have to walk out of this place second time im been here and its the last time first time was the same think and its not busy at all like 50 %

It was definitely a bit on the slow side. Took a bit just to get a coffee order so that was not off to a great start. It was not packed but steady. Both of us got omelettes and they were fine but could have been hotter. They give you pancakes on a plate too small to put syrup on so that's kinda stupid. Overall it was exactly what I expect from a place like this. Not a big deal it's just not where I usually eat at. It was fine.

First and last time we go to this location, it was not busy, food was good enough, terrible, slow service. The waiter took awhile to take and refill our drinks, got my drink wrong and then looked at me like I was wrong even brought a menu to me so I could show him what I wanted again. When he brought my drink didn't even taste like what I wanted.

Disappointed, for a brand that has alway reoresented consistant food and service this particular location drop the ball. Whike traveling back to Los Angeles we welcomed the sight of a familiar location and stopped in at 4:30am in the morning, maybe two people in the whole place and it still took the staff 5 plus minutes to seat us, sure we were a group of 7, still, push two tables together and wala! Could smell the fresh brewed coffee upon entry, drink order taken by the very friendly server wearing a football jersey ATL Falcons, this us where the frustration began. Never saw here again, atleast not With our drinks. Weary travelers in need of some joe left feeling abandoned. We waited at least 10 minutes, felt like an hour and made the decision to get up and depart. Don't know when we will ever be back this way?

TERRIBLE service!!!! WE WAITED FOR 20 minutes before they took our drink order, another 30 minutes before we got our drinks. And 1 1/2 hours after walking in the door, we FINALLY got our food. We were the ONLY people in the restaurant, and only got 1 drink refill. The waiter was awful!

Honestly, this dining experience was very sub par. The hostess just had a disgruntled look on her face while she took us to our seats, she dropped the menus on the table and walked away. No "good morning," or anything. I ordered an egg combo of a special, replacing waffle croissant with pancakes (strawberry and rhubarb). The food took 20 minutes to come out, which would be understandable if the restaurant weren't almost dead. When my food came, my waiter forgot the ketchup I asked for and brought me plain pancakes! When I reminded him that I ordered strawberry rhubarb pancakes, he brought me new pancakes with strawberry mixture on top. We finished eating and had to wait, looking for our server, for 15 minutes to be asked if we were ready for our check. There is one other iHop in town run almost entirely by high school students and I would rather eat there than this place. On the plus side, the building and interior are quite nice, the food was decent, and they do take military discounts. (Even though I had to stand at the counter for a good 5 minutes after they took my ID and five of them scrambled to figure out how to give the discount.

Everything was new, nice and clean. Military discount available. Food seems to be just like any other IHOP, service was pretty good but it's only been open for a couple of weeks, time will tell. I ordered the pot roast and was actually pleased when they asked if I wanted the senior version. I wasn't very hungry so the serving size was perfect.
